Fireplace, Fire Pit, Turf Backyard | Central ATX

This house is so comfortable and bright and in a pleasant residential neighborhood. We visited for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with good quality pots and pans, a nice assortment of tools and equipment. Nobody goes to Austin to cook, but any Foodie would be happy cooking in this kitchen (we were!). There were plenty of dishes and glassware as well as serving and storage pieces. When we were hanging around the house we practically lived in the back yard patio and felt like it doubled the size of the house! There are a lot of seating options depending on the weather and for those who like sun or those who prefer shade.Instructions provided were very clear for every function around the house, from door entry, laundry, dishwasher, TV, temperature, extra linens, etc. Nothing was missed. Beds were super comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. A nice touch was the body wash, shampoo, conditioner found in each bathroom. The master bath has a great shower!The hosts were immediately responsive to any requests we had. A new ironing board arrived almost instantly and even a new grill when the existing one wouldn't function properly! Thank you so much - we will book this house again next time we're in Austin.

Very clean and well maintained. The decor of the home is cozy, yet modern and stylish. The rooms are all spacious and the shower in the master bath was wonderful. The office is a great place to get work done even if others are in the living room area since the closed doors block a lot of the sound. The kitchen was equipped with a Smeg toaster and coffee pot along with plenty of silverware, glasses, mugs, and things to cook with. Easy access for deliveries such as DoorDash or grocery deliveries. We brought some of our own spices but there were a lot in the cabinet as well. We travel with our own laundry detergent (sensitive skin with the little) But laundry pods & dryer sheets were provided. The washer and dryer are easy to use and work great. The back yard is very cozy and relaxing. It was too cold to use the dipping pool (atypical TX Weather). I love that there was an Amazon echo. Using Alexa for weather updates and music was nice during our stay. The smart tv in the living room has all of the apps—Netflix, Hulu, etc— and is easy to login and out so there are plenty of options for tv if you have those subscriptions. If you do not, there are the regular tv channels available and there are a lot of them. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. My daughter slept in the room with the queen bed and said it was comfortable as well. The host was easy to access and really sweet. We were here for 2 wks. Will def be staying here again when in the area if available!

We stayed here when visiting family for a baby shower! We absolutely enjoyed the stay. Amazing amenities, incredibly comfortable seating and bedding. Super close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as downtown Austin. For reference, my elderly grandmother, my mother and my wife and 2 young children stayed and there was plenty of space to lounge and play. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful with great decor. Very relaxing! A backyard with everything needed to relax - a pool, bbq grill, a fire pit and nice place to relax in the shade. The kitchen had a wonderful array of kitchen ware. The laundry room was filled with every necessity a traveler might need. The master bathroom shower with 2 rain-type showerheads was very relaxing! Beautiful property, accessible to northwest Austin! It was VERY clean - kudos to your cleaner! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in this area!
